Hello, this is online registration page for AsiaBSDCon 2024.

Instructions

Check Conference Program, and then press "Registration Form" button below, and choose tickets.

That page is operated by an external service called Oen. You have to sign up to buy a ticket. After choosing a ticket, "log in" panel will appear. Please go ahead with the "Sign up" link below the Email field. After entering your information and get an account, go to the "Log in" panel again and enter your email address or phone number.

This registration covers tutorial and meeting sessions in the first two days (optional) and paper sessions in the last two days. Please consider to attend banquet (group dinner) on Saturday evening.

Health and Safety Policy

COVID-19 has not been over yet. For the safety of all attendees, AsiaBSDCon requires your understanding that everyone is strongly recommended to wear a mask inside the building and follow social-distancing protocols whenever possible. While there will be no enforcement about wearing a mask, some people feel uneasy in a crowded room with many unmasked attendees. Your consideration would be highly appreciated.

Masks will also be prepared at the conference venue. If you have no mask and feel uneasy, please contact the registration desk. If you feel sick, please do not come to the venue and contact secretary@asiabsdcon.org. The organizing team will help you.

Privacy Policy

Your submitted personal information via online registration pages which can be reached from this page will be handled by BSD Research, led by Hiroki Sato <hrs@bsdresearch.org>. We use it only for sending announcements and arrangement of AsiaBSDCon and future conferences sponsored by BSD Research, not for purposes that have nothing to do with them.
During the conference the Committee will take a photo and/or do a video recording in the venue without notice and they may include your face. They may be published on the official web site and/or other media such as a magazine without your permission on and/or after AsiaBSDCon. Note that the photo and the video which may include your face will be used for promotion of BSD Research and AsiaBSDCon only, not for other irrelevant purposes.
